ADNOC and Landmark Group Launch the UAE’s Largest Loyalty Partnership

Now, millions of UAE residents have more freedom in how they spend their loyalty points through the UAE fuel reward after the groundbreaking partnership between ADNOC Distribution and Landmark Group. 

Moreover, the collaborations linked the ADNOC to the Shukran, which is the retail loyalty network of Landmark with 7 million members. However, the ADNOC is the biggest mobility and convenience program with more than 2.5 million members. 

What the Partnership Offers Customers

Members are now able to convert and redeem points across both programs from this week. Moreover, this will provide you with the following perks:

  • ADNOC Rewards members can use their fuel or car wash points to shop at Landmark brands like Centrepoint, Max, Home Centre, Babyshop, and Splash.
  • Shukran members can transform shopping points into fuel, food, or car services at ADNOC stations.

The cross-platform system provides you with a seamless loyalty experience for filling up the car or shopping for lifestyle essentials. 

Why the Collaboration between ADNOC and Landmark Group Matters for UAE Residents

This integration provides residents with greater flexibility and value at a time when many households are focused on stretching the budget.  Hence, customers can now spread their points across fuel, retail, food, and leisure. 

Executive from both companies marked the partnership as a milestone to serve‌ their customers better. Moreover, the ADNOC Distribution highlighted that the step aligns with its goal to boost non-fuel transactions by 50 percent by 2025. In contrast, Landmark highlighted its dedication to boost customer satisfaction through added convenience and choice. 

The Growth of Loyalty Programs in the UAE

Loyalty habits are increasing rapidly in the Emirates. Thus, the ADNOC Reward has grown 25 percent year-on-year in 2024. However, members are spending about 20 percent per visit compared to non-members. Residents will now get access to what is arguably the largest and most diverse loyalty network in the region. So, it brings together mobility, lifestyle, and retail under one umbrella.
