Discover, Dubai’s Parkin to Build 5 Smart, Inexpensive Multi-Storey Car Parks with AI and Cashless Systems

Multi-storey car parks are on the way to address the key pain point for the Dubai residents. Yes! Parkin has revealed the plans to create a new multi-story parking system across Dubai over the next two years. Hence, it marks a big step towards the smarter plans. Moreover, the upcoming facilities are going to feature fully automated parking systems, EV charging points, and advanced digital payment technology. Moreover, the chief executive of the company has released the plans during the GITEX Global 2025.

According to Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, the initiative aims to transform the way residents and visitors experience parking in the city. Moreover, he said, “The goal is to make the parking experience completely seamless. We want people to be able to park, pay, and leave without barriers, paper tickets, or manual interference.”

The five new car parks will be strategically located in high-traffic business districts to address the growing need for structured and efficient parking solutions. Moreover, the demand for intelligent, tech-driven parking systems has become important for keeping smooth traffic flows and accessibility due to the rapid expansion of Dubai.

The upcoming new multi-story parks of this company will incorporate AI-based inspection systems and real-time integration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to streamline monitoring and ensure round-the-clock operational efficiency. Al Ali said, “Our system is integrated 24/7. Nearly 93 per cent of customer calls are now resolved instantly without escalation”.

Fully Cashless and Connected Experience

By the end of this year, the company’s plans to make sure that all off-street and multi-story parking facilities in Dubai operate under a fully cashless and open-flow model. Hence, it ensures that customers will be able to make automatic payments through linked digital wallets and directly via the mobile app.

On top of that, the app has also been upgraded to support individual, family, and business accounts for managing the needs of everyday users and large corporate fleets. So, Dubai residents can expect a smoother,   faster, and paperless parking experience with this development. So, it reinforces the goal of the emirate of becoming a digitally connected smart city.

Parkin Dynamic Pricing Reduces Congestion

The innovative pricing model, introduced in April 2025, is already showing ‌positive results. Plus, Al Ali revealed that traffic flow in high-demand areas has improved by nine per cent since the launch of this model.

The tariff system applies to roughly 40 percent of the operating hours (between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.). In addition, it aims to promote the parking rotation rather than increase revenue. Al Ali said, “We are here to manage parking effectively, maintain fairness, and improve the quality of life in the city.”

Expanding Partnerships for Unified Parking

Besides its city-wide projects, the company is also expanding collaborations with private developers and government entities. Plus, the goal is to standardize the parking experience across many locations, including malls, mosques, and mixed-use communities. Al Ali said, “Dubai’s parking network is an important part of its mobility infrastructure. As the city continues to grow, our goal is to keep the parking experience simple, smart, and accessible to everyone.”

Driving Toward a Sustainable Urban Future

The new initiatives of it support the broader sustainability and smart mobility goals of Dubai under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan due to the inclusion of EV charging parking Dubai and AI-driven management. Plus, these developments are going to optimize the space utilization and motivate the use of electric and eco-friendly vehicles.

By embracing automation, digital integration, and environmentally conscious design, the company is setting a new milestone for urban mobility in the UAE. Plus, the vision of the company matches the ongoing transformation of Dubai into one of the most technologically advanced and sustainable cities in the world.
