Match Situation: India 156/3 After 32 Overs

Australian captain Mitchell Marsh won the match and chose to ball first at the Adelaide Oval. However, India made a cautious start but stumped early as Virat Kohli (0) and Shubman Gill (9) were dismissed by Xavier Bartlett in the same over.

After that, Rohit stabilized the innings with a brilliant 73 runs. However, Mitchell Starc dismissed him after Josh Hazlewood caught the catch. Hence, it ends the composed knock that included his 59th ODI half-century.

At the 32-over mark, India stood at 156/3 in the India national cricket team vs Australian men’s cricket team match scorecard, with Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel at the crease. Iyer brought up his own fifty and continued to build India’s total.

Indeed, Rohit has created history. In contrast, the match carried an emotional moment for Indian fans, as Virat Kohli was dismissed for a duck for the second consecutive ODI. Hence, he received a standing ovation from the Adelaide crowd. Moreover, he acknowledged the applause with a raised hand, which marked what is believed to be the final international inning in Adelaide in India Australia match.

For those unaware, he has already ready from T20I and Tests. In addition, Indian has no scheduled tour in Australia for the next 2 years. Hence, the moment is said to be the final moment for King Kohli on Australian soil.
