Maritime Service Fees and Fines
A system of maritime service fees has been introduced to support the rollout. It means that fees will be applicable for permitting, licensing, and routine inspection. Moreover, a structured fine system has been established to discourage illegal or unsafe practices. It indicates that the fines will be implemented on the following:
- Navigational rule violations
- Unsafe marine behaviour
