The Abu Dhabi Police, in collaboration with the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), have introduced the “Cool Their Summer” initiative to support construction workers. Moreover, this is a heartwarming display of compassion and community support.
The initiative is coordinated with the Labor Affairs Branch at the Al Ain Police Directorate. So, it involves distributing cold water, sunglasses, and sunscreen to workers at many construction sites.

Lieutenant Colonel Nasser Abdullah Al Saadi, Head of the Security Media Department, highlighted that the project shows the Abu Dhabi Police’s core value of positivity, solidarity, and social cohesion.
Al Saadi said, “Supporting workers, especially those in outdoor roles during the peak summer heat, is a humanitarian duty. This move matches our strategy to bring happiness to all segments of society while honoring their contribution to the development of the UAE.”
He also acknowledged the important role of strategic collaboration in making such community projects possible.
