Baaghi 4 Plot – A Battle Between Reality and Illusion
Baaghi 4 depicts Ronny (Tiger Shroff), a man dealing with hallucinations after a suicide attempt caused by the grief he suffers. So, he believes in the existence of Alisha (Harnaaz Sandhu). She is the mysterious girl who may only exist in his imagination. However, his brother Deepu (Shreyas Talpade) and close ones insist to him that she is unreal, but a hidden truth slowly reveals itself. So, it draws Ronny into a chaotic web of obsession, love, and violence.
At first, the story depicts Ronny’s vulnerability and emotional hardship. However, the story changes towards an exaggerated action sequence, bizarre plot twists, and an overdose of bloodshed that dilutes the emotional intensity as Sanjay Dutt enters the film as the antagonist Chacko.
Performances and Highlights
Tiger Shroff has once again showcased why he is the action star of Bollywood by displaying his signature high-octane stunts. However, his chemistry with Harnaaz Sandhu adds freshness. Still, her character often feels underutilized. Similarly, Sonam Bajwa, playing Olivia, sadly doesn’t get much screen presence.
Sanjay Dutt as Chacko was expected to boost the film, but critics argue that his character was disconnected from the core narrative. On the other hand, Shreyas Talpade shines in his limited role, which adds humor and depth to the story.
