- Dress Modestly

- Greetings and Introductions

5. Conversation and Conduct
The Majlis is a space for respectful discussion. Thus, you should avoid bringing up controversial topics, like religion or topics unless the host brings it up. In addition, speaking politely and letting elders lead the conversation shows good respect.

It is discourage to use smartphones or click photos without consent. Thus, you should maintain your aim at the gathering because it is a sign of respect.
