Ethics & Social Media Policy

Purpose

Be Careful What You Post

Team members are personally responsible for their online activity. Inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

When referencing uaecentre.com, clearly state that opinions are personal and avoid implying official company endorsement unless authorized.

Be Respectful and Professional

All communications should maintain professionalism and courtesy. Avoid posting content that may be considered offensive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.

Respect the privacy of others and do not share false, misleading, or defamatory information.

Be Honest and Accurate
