Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is marking a major milestone — 20 years of excellence in public transportation and innovation. Hence, the Dubai RTA has introduced a series of interesting offers, giveaways, and discounts for residents to celebrate the occasion. Moreover, the celebration promises something special for everyone, including exclusive tram rewards, airport challenges, metro giveaways, and online shopping discounts.
Celebrations Across Dubai’s Transport Network
The anniversary campaign of the RTA ensures passengers are part of the celebration. However, the offers are valid for those arriving at Dubai International Airport, hopping on the Dubai Metro, or enjoying a scenic ride on the Dubai Tram.
Frequent riders of the Dubai Tram have the chance to win the Entertainer UAE 2026 booklet, featuring over 10,000 “2-for-1” offers between October 22 and November 2. However, it offers across dining, leisure, and entertainment outlets.
Visitors arriving at Dubai International Airport (DXB) between October 28 and November 1 can join the special photo challenge. Here, tourists will receive welcome packs and have a chance to get featured on the social media pages of the RTA.
Metro Riders Can Win Big at ENBD Kiosks
Dubai Metro users can visit ENBD kiosks at BurJuman, Union, and Mall of the Emirates stations to receive giveaways and learn more about the popular Go4it Card from November 2 to 15. However, it is a co-branded payment and transit card giving exclusive benefits.
On top of that, passengers can visit the RTA20 booth on November 1 for a fun challenge at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and Insurance Market Metro Station. However, they can grab a gift in 20 seconds and win prizes ranging from electronic items to chocolates.
Dubai RTA: Fun Activities, Art Frames, and Photo Booths
The RTA has also set up a big art frame and digital photo booths at BurJuman Metro Station on November 1 to make the event unforgettable. Moreover, commuters can pose, snap, and take home a digital souvenir between 9 am and 5 pm here.
The “Balloons and Smiles” program will bring joy to various RTA locations on November 1 to add to the festivities. Plus, the following are the names of those locations:

Movie lovers can enjoy a 20% discount on cinema tickets at Roxy Cinemas using the promo code RTA20. However, the offers will be valid from the 1st of November to the 5th of November.
Online shoppers are not left out either. This is because the authority is offering a 20 percent discount on all orders during the same period with the same promo code. Thus, these limited-period offers make it the perfect opportunity to celebrate Dubai RTA 20th anniversary while saving on the entertainment and shopping.
Limited Edition nol Cards for Collectors
RTA is also introducing the Limited Edition nol cards to mark this special milestone. However, it is a must-have collectible for the Dubai commuters. Moreover, these exclusive cards will be available for purchase across all Metro Stations from November 1 to 30.
