Dubai Shopping Festival 2025 Begins December 5 With Major Attractions

Dubai is preparing for the most-awaited winter events as the 31st edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is all set to start on the 5th of December. However, the event will run until the 11th of January 2026. Moreover, it is being organised by the  Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) under the Department of Economy and Tourism.

The festival of this year promises to set a global milestone for citywide entertainment, culture and retail. Moreover, Dubai will transform itself into a dynamic winter destination with concerts, culinary delights, cultural showcases, drone shows, fireworks, mega raffles and incredible discounts across more than 3,500 stores for 38 days. 

Largest Drone Shows and Fireworks Displays in Festival History

Dubai Shopping Festival 2025

This edition of Dubai Shopping Festival is going to showcase the biggest aerial display DSF has ever produced. So, it will showcase nightly drone shows that will take place at Bluewaters and The Beach, JBR. In addition, the shows will run from December 5 to January 11, which will illuminate the winter sky with synchronised visuals and music.

On top of that, the festival has special arrangements for New Year’s Eve, as it will showcase spectacular fireworks at Bluewaters, JBR, Hatta and Al Seef. So, it will further strengthen the global standing of Dubai as a top New Year’s destination.

Festival Bay Nights Returns with Concerts and World Finals of Red Bull Tetris

The popular Festival Bay Nights at Dubai Festival City Mall will return with family entertainment, concerts, and live performances. Plus, the  Bull Tetris World Finals on December 13 is one of the major highlights of the event, as an extraordinary display of 4,000 drones over the Dubai Frame will accompany it. However, the Dubai Frame is a world-first attraction in the world. 

Hatta x Dubai Shopping Festival: A New Mountain Experience

The DSF will extend deeper into the mountains with Hatta x DSF, which will run from December 5 to December 31. Here, you can enjoy the following attractions:

  • Candle-lit concerts by Fever
  • A special Dinner in the Sky activation
  • A Roxy Cinema dome under the stars

It is important to note that all Hatta experiences will need advance booking due to the limited capacity. 

Auto Season to Feature 5,000 Cars and 7 Major Automotive Showcases

January is going to welcome the return of Auto Season, which is a ten-day citywide celebration of car culture. Moreover, the event will showcase more than 5,000 vehicles representing 100+ global automotive brands. Plus, it will compete with demonstrations, performances and community gatherings.

The Big Bounce Dubai Returns for Families

It is one of the most popular attractions in Dubai. Now, it will return with more than  16,000 sq. m. of inflatable fun. In addition, it will include seven giant zones, including The Big Castle, the world’s largest bounce house covering 2,325 sq. m.

Massive Retail Offers: Up to 75% Off Across 1,000+ Brands

Dubai Shopping Festival 2025-2026

Retail will be the heart of DSF. Moreover, you can expect the following:

  • Up to 75% discounts
  • 1,000+ brands participating
  • 3,500 stores across Dubai

There will be five major campaigns. Below is the list of those campaigns:

  • 12-hour flash sales
  • “Scan and Win” activations
  • Daily surprises
  • Citywide markdowns

Malls will also launch exclusive prize campaigns and limited-edition collections.

Culinary and Luxury Experiences Across the City

The food scene of the emirates will also shine with outdoor dining events, chef-led experiences, artisanal markets, beachside night markets and international pop-ups at the Dubai Shopping Festival.  Moreover, homegrown brands and luxury designers will be featured at DIFC, City Walk and The Outlet Village to offer mini-collections and exclusive releases.
