The UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) has officially allotted an institutional license to the Horizon University College (HUC). So, it marks a new chapter in the higher education landscape in the Emirates.
Moreover, the authorities have formally transferred all rights and obligations from Skyline University College to HUC to ensure the continuity of academic quality and institutional partnership. Thus, the HUC is set to enhance the academic delivery and expand student services with this milestone. In addition, the university also aims to foster innovation-driven learning.
The newly established campus in Ajman has modern classrooms, advanced innovation labs, student lounges, and upgraded recreational spaces. Moreover, all these amenities are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s students.

Horizon University College offers Diverse Academic Offerings with Global Relevance
HUC is going to begin the academic year with undergraduate programs in Business, Computing, Information Technology, and Tourism & Hospitality Management. In addition, the institute is creating interdisciplinary courses and dual-degree collaborations with popular global universities to expand its career path.
Apart from it, it has a School of Business that will cover fields like International Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Human Resources. On the other hand, its School of Computing has Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and emerging tech disciplines. However, new tourism, hospitality, and event management programmes are expected to be introduced soon.
