The officials of the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) said that the instant license will assist in reducing unlicensed business activity by giving an instant and legal option. Hamad Ali Abdalla Al Mahmoud (Chairman of SEDD) said SEDD is building a regulatory framework that encourages both flexibility and long-term progress. He also mentioned that this initiative reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council.

Al Mahmoud said that this service shows the commitment of Sharjah to make business easier and more accessible. Moreover, he also said that we want to attract investors, support businesspeople, and ensure the Emirate remains a leading destination for the development of the economy globally and regionally.
