President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has issued a federal decree to promote Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense) to the military rank of Lieutenant General.
