According to the latest UAE weather forecast issued by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), residents across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can predict a mix of fair weather, cloud cover, rainfall chances and strengthening winds over the next few days. The changing weather pattern is set to impact coastal, northern, and eastern regions in particular, with fluctuating temperatures and sea conditions also forecast.
Fair to Partly Cloudy Weather on Saturday

The NCM has forecast fair to partly cloudy conditions across the UAE today. However, cloud cover could increase at times during the day. In addition, there is a chance of light rainfall over some coastal and northern areas, especially as clouds develop intermittently.
On the other side, humidity levels are expected to rise overnight and into Sunday morning. Therefore, it could affect part of the inland and coastal region. Hence, it may result in uncomfortable conditions, especially during the early hours of the day.
Winds will be light to moderate as they could freshen at times. Southeasterly to northeasterly winds are forecast at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 35 km/h in some areas.
Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf will be slight to moderate. However, similar conditions are expected in the Sea of Oman. Therefore, it will generally make it safe for marine activities, but caution is advised during windy periods.

Sunday: Convective Clouds and Rainfall Possible

UAE weather conditions are expected to stay fair to partly cloudy tomorrow. However, the formation of convective clouds might bring rainfall to some coastal, northern and eastern areas of the country.
Winds are forecast to shift from southeasterly to southwesterly, which could freshen at times. Moreover, these changing wind patterns could lead to blowing dust, especially in exposed and open areas. Hence, it might affect visibility on roads and highways.

Temperatures are expected to rise slowly. However, this increase will be accompanied by more active winds. Moreover, winds will turn southwesterly to northwesterly. Yet, they could strengthen at times and reach speeds of up to 40 km/hr.
These stronger winds are likely to cause dusty conditions, reducing air quality and visibility in certain areas. Residents with respiratory conditions are advised to take precautions. On the flip side, Sea conditions may become moderate to rough at times, particularly in open waters. Hence, it will prompt marine warnings for fishermen and small boat operators.

Tuesday: Strong Winds, Falling Temperatures and Rough Seas
The unsettled weather pattern is expected to continue into Tuesday. Moreover, there would be persistent cloud cover and a chance of convective cloud formation and rainfall, especially in the northern and eastern parts of the UAE.
Temperatures are forecast to decrease throughout the country, as the UAE winter will continue. Moreover, strengthening northwesterly winds will accompany this cooling trend, as they could become fresh to strong at times. However, gusts could reach up to 45 km/h. Moreover, sea conditions are expected to be tough in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.

The NCM suggests staying updated with the official weather alerts, especially those planning outdoor activities, travel, or marine operations. Plus, sudden rainfall, dusty winds and rough seas may pose temporary disruptions across parts of the UAE. Moreover, motorists should exercise caution during periods of reduced visibility.
