Winds to Strengthen as Day Progresses, Raising Dust and Reducing Visibility
Although the day and evening are providing you with high humidity and intense temperatures. As the day progresses, the wind is expected to pick up, particularly over the sea. According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the wind speed will range between 15 km/hr to 25 km/hr. It could occasionally reach up to 40 km/hr in some areas of the emirates.
This speed of wind could lead to a rise of airborne dust and sands, especially in the desert and open areas. Moreover, this weather condition could also reduce the visibility on the roads. Therefore, drivers like you are advised to stay alert and keep a safe distance from other vehicles on the roads.
Besides people on the roads, residents with asthma and dust-related allergies in the home are advised to follow some important precautions, like wearing a protective face mask. It would also be best to use air purifiers and decrease unnecessary outdoor exposure.
High Humidity and Possible Fog in Northern and Eastern UAE
Besides dusty and sandy winds, the humidity level is also expected to rise significantly. It could rise up to 90 percent during the evening hours and on the morning of Thursday. Moreover, the rise in humidity will be noticeable in the northern and eastern regions, like Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
It is also expected that the increased moisture in the air may lead to fog and mist formation during the early morning hours in the region. Moreover, you should be alert if you are going outside during high humidity because it can increase discomfort due to the high temperature.

Thursday Weather Forecast: Fair Skies, Rising Winds, and Possible Mist
The UAE is expected to see fairly to partly cloudy skies on Thursday, July 3, 2025. Additionally, low clouds may develop along the eastern coast. However, the weather conditions are expected to remain stable tomorrow. Still, you must be prepared for some weather fluctuations during the day.
The weather will be humid at night and into the morning of Friday in some coastal and inland areas. So, it might lead to the formation of mist. Moreover, wind will begin light to moderate from the southwest. Later, the wind will shift to stronger northwesterly winds blowing westward.
Moreover, these winds may raise dust and sand where the speed will be between 10 km/hr to 25 km/hr and gust up to 40 km/hr. However, the sea weather will be moderate to rough in the western Arabian Gulf. Furthermore, it will be between a little and moderate in the Oman Sea.
