As the UAE weather is entering a new month, you can expect a mix of extreme heat and scattered rainfall throughout this weekend, as per NCM. However, the mercury has soared past the 50°C mark in some parts of the country. Surprisingly, a welcoming relief may enter this weekend in the form of rain-bearing clouds in eastern and southern areas.
Friday, August 1: Cloudy Skies and Rain Chances
The NCM forecast for Friday introduces a chance of convective cloud formation in the eastern and southern regions of the UAE. Therefore, there is a possibility of localized rainfall.
Most areas are expected to experience fair to partly cloudy weather. On the other hand, the humidity will increase during the night and early Saturday, especially in the western coastal and internal zones.
Similar to tomorrow’s weather, the temperature shows a mix of conditions today. Take a look at today’s weather forecast:
- Lowest temperature: 24.3°C in Raknah, Al Ain (5:45 AM)
- Highest temperature: 50.6°C in Um Azimul, Al Ain (2:45 PM)
Now, let’s go back to tomorrow’s weather. Light to moderate winds could run at the speed of 10 to 25 km per hour through the northeast and southeast. However, the speed is expected to reach up to 40 km per hour tomorrow.
UAE Weather for tomorrow: Extreme Heat Continues in Major Cities
Although there is a chance of rain for tomorrow. However, the heatwave will continue tomorrow in most regions of the country. So, you can take a look at the temperature forecast for 1st of August 2025 below:
- Dubai: High of 46°C, low of 35°C
- Sharjah: High of 44°C, low of 34°C
- Abu Dhabi: Low of 28°C in some areas like Jebel Jais; highs of 49°C in Sweihan and Gasyoura
Therefore, it would be best to prevent outdoor activities during the peak hours in these regions.
Weekend Outlook: August 2–3
