A Family Day Out at Fujairah Adventure Park: Kids’ Adventures, School Holiday Tips & What We Learned

If you’ve ever tried planning a family outing where everyone—yes, even the “I’m bored already” children—has a great time, you’ll know it’s not always easy. But Fujairah Adventure Park? That’s one of those rare places that actually gets it right. We spent a full day there recently with the kids, cousins, and a couple of friends, and honestly, it turned into one of those unexpectedly perfect family adventures we still talk about.

So I thought I’d share our experience—and everything we learned—to help you plan your own visit, especially if you’re heading there during school holidays.

How Our Day Started: The Kids Adventure Package

We had heard about Fujairah Adventure Park offering the Kids Adventure Package, so we booked it ahead of time (a MUST during holidays, trust me). The moment we arrived, the kids made a beeline for the pump track because bikes plus speed equals instant happiness.

Pump Track Fun (And Mild Chaos)

The younger kids wobbled their way around the first few bends, while the older ones acted like mini-professionals doing dramatic skids. Bikes were included, which saved us from bringing our own.

Meanwhile, the grown-ups stood in a semi-circle, coffee in hand, pretending not to panic every time someone took a slightly sharp turn.

Wall Climbing & Adventure Tower

Next came climbing, and this is where personalities really show. The cautious ones took slow, tiny steps, while the fearless kids practically ran up the wall. The setup is super safe, and trained staff monitor all climbs.

Archery Moments

Archery turned out to be surprisingly calming. The kids concentrated intensely and celebrated every arrow that hit anywhere near the target. Even the adults tried to show off… with questionable accuracy.

Bag Jump & Quick Flight

This was the activity everyone talked about on the way home. Some kids were just at the minimum weight requirement, so they were thrilled. Younger children watched with big admiring eyes from below. The giant airbag looks intimidating, but the laughter that follows the jump is priceless.

Kayaking was the peaceful moment of the day—calm water, quiet surroundings, and even the kids slowed down a little. It’s a lovely way to take in the scenery.

The Seven Summits Trail

If you go, don’t skip the hiking. The Seven Summits trail is easy, scenic, and perfect for families. The kids ran ahead looking for “special stones,” while we adults enjoyed the fresh air and the views.

Picnic & Cabin Touring

We brought snacks and enjoyed a picnic in the designated area. If you’re thinking of staying overnight, the camping cabins are cozy—we’re already planning our next stay.

School Holiday Rush: What We Didn’t Expect
