UAE-Bound Flight Prices to Double Post August 15, Warn Travel Experts

During an interaction with Khaleej Times, the travel experts predicted that UAE-bound flight Prices to destinations like Europe, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East are set to soar by 100% after August 15th. 

Why Are UAE-Bound Flight Prices Increasing?

Specialists pointed out that the increase in flight prices may be due to the end of school holidays because people are in a hurry to get back to the UAE. Remember, the new academic term is set to begin on the 25th of August. On top of that, most flights are already running at their maximum capacity. Therefore, you can expect the demand to increase more. 

Safiya Javed, Senior Travel Consultant, Travel Track, said, “Families prefer to come back early to prevent the immediate stress due to fare surge and prepare for the new academic year.”

Safiya said,” As of now, fares between the UAE and India are averaging Dh600 if you have booked earlier. Families booking after the 15th of August are paying over Dh2000”. It shows how expensive prices could be after 15th August.

Now is the best time to book flights to the UAE. However, travel experts advise booking the flight ticket before 15th August, 2025, to get a ticket at an affordable price. Pluto Travels’ Managing Partner, Bharath Aidasani, said many travelers booked flights back to the UAE to save money.
