UAE weather update: Dubai experienced sunny and dusty weather on today’s afternoon. So, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has confirmed changing weather patterns across the country. However, Raknah, Al Ain, recorded the lowest temperature this morning at 23.5°C, according to the authority. Hence, it highlights a noticeable contrast to the warmer daytime conditions of Dubai. Tomorrow’s Forecast: Cloudy Skies and Possible Rain
According to the NCM, fair to partly cloudy skies are expected tomorrow, i.e, 27 August 2025. However, it is expected that cloud cover could gradually increase over the eastern region.
On the other hand, there is a possibility for the formation of convective clouds in the afternoon, particularly over the mountainous areas. So, it could bring a much-needed relief from post-summer heat.
On the flip side, the coastal region, especially in the western part of the country, may notice a slight drop in temperature. So, it is signaling the beginning of seasonal transitions.
Rising Humidity and Fog Risk
The NCM has further alerts that humidity levels are going to increase overnight into Thursday morning, mainly in the western region. So, this could lead to the formation of mist or fog. Hence, it could reduce visibility for motorists during early commuting hours. Therefore, residents are urged to stay updated on the official weather alerts and drive cautiously in low-visibility areas.
Wind Speeds and Sea Conditions
Winds are going to vary between southeasterly to northeasterly. However, it could occasionally freshen during the day, which could cause blowing dust. In addition, the speed of the winds is forecast between 10 km/hr and 25 km/hr. However, the gusts could reach up to 40 km/hr that might affect the outdoor activities and air quality.
Sea conditions are expected to remain slight to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea. So, it makes it relatively safe for marine activities. However, people still need to be careful.
